Father Bochanski has served as executive director of Courage International since 2017. This apostolate provides pastoral care and support for Catholics who experience same-sex attractions (Courage) and family members (EnCourage). Since 2015 he has provided training for FOCUS staff and given talks at many FOCUS campuses and Summer Projects locations.
