Hotel rooms for your stay during SEEK are open for booking. After you register, you’ll be directed to our SEEK Hotel portal where you can book your hotel room at our discounted conference rates. If you have already registered check your event confirmation email for the link to our hotel booking portal or email events@focus.org with any questions.

Light refreshments, including water, coffee, and tea, and snacks will be available at the suite throughout the conference.
The dress code will be casual to business casual. We want you to be comfortable as you navigate the conference!
We plan to accommodate Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, and Vegetarian diets. We will provide you with menus prior to the conference for your reference.
This type of access to the conference is intended for non-college student attendees. If your parents have added Premier Hospitality to their registration and you would like to join them for part or all, you need to be registered as a guest of your parents.
We are so grateful for your sponsorship! The conference aims to provide great hospitality to all sponsors. Sponsors are not able to add Premier Hospitality at this time.
This year, due to limited space, the Premier Hospitality Experience is not currently available for purchase as a single pass which grants your access for the full week of conference. We look forward to hosting you during your stay!
To cancel your registration, please log in to your registration account and cancel your registration OR email events@focus.org.
Apart from donations and deposits, further payments toward SEEK registration may be eligible for a refund. If you cancel your registration by November 1, 2025, you will be eligible for a refund of any payments made, less the $25 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel by November 15, 2025, FOCUS will retain 50% of the total ticket price or charge the card on file for the difference. If you cancel after December 1, FOCUS will retain 100% of the total ticket price or charge the card on file for the difference. Note that this cancellation policy for Premier Hospitality varies from the cancellation policy for the rest of SEEK.
FOCUS assumes a registrant will attend SEEK unless they cancel their registration in accordance with this cancellation policy. Thus, FOCUS will charge a registrant’s card on file the full registration balance after December 1, 2025 unless FOCUS is informed of the registrant’s cancellation in accordance with this policy. Attendees who do not show up to the conference will be charged the full amount of their event pass, unless cancellation notice is received with the above process before the conference begins. Unfortunately, FOCUS will not be able to refund any of a registrant’s payments if they do not attend SEEK and did not notify FOCUS in accordance with this cancellation policy, as FOCUS will have used those payments to meet the costs of the event.
Upon completing your SEEK registration, you’ll be able to continue on to the SEEK hotel portal to book your hotel accommodations. If you’d prefer to book at a later date, you can also go back to the hotel portal using the link in your SEEK confirmation email.
In the portal, select the property you’d like to stay in and enter the information for yourself and any guests in your room, including your SEEK confirmation number. SEEK’s housing partner, HPN Global, will send an acknowledgement email of your hotel booking once confirmed.
