Every Event Pass includes the following:
SEEK26 will take place from January 1 to January 5, 2026, in three locations:
Students on FOCUS campuses are assigned to one of the three locations. To know your assignment, please take a look at the map on this page or ask your missionary team.
For everyone else, you have the option of all three locations!
Only a $25 deposit is required to register today! On the Payment page, be sure to click Partial Payment to set your payment amount. This is a non-refundable deposit according to our Cancellation Policy.
SEEK25 was the first year that SEEK sold out at one of our regional locations. This year, we anticipate that SEEK may sell out at any of our SEEK locations. To ensure you reserve your spot, we recommend registering as early as you can!
If the location is sold out, this will be noted within registration and on the SEEK website. There will be a limited waitlist at the sold out location.
The Making Missionary Disciples Track will take place in Columbus, OH and Denver, CO.
The full Seminarian Experience will take place in Columbus, OH. However, seminarians are welcome to attend any location.
The Campus Ministry Experience will take place at all 3 locations.
Columbus, OH: Greater Columbus Convention Center, 400 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215
Denver, CO: Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, 6700 N Gaylord Rockies Blvd, Aurora, CO 80019
Fort Worth, TX: Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051
Please reach out to sponsorships@focus.org for more information!
At this time, Parish Packs are not available for SEEK26. Please have your group register individually for SEEK to reserve your spot today!
With an Event Pass, you will be provided lunch on each full day of the conference. You are able to note dietary restrictions within the registration process. We do our best to accommodate the most common allergies, but with our large audience, we cannot guarantee that all will be met. Please email events@focus.org with any questions about your specific dietary needs.
All boxed lunches will be nut-free. In registration, you may select gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or vegetarian needs. However, not all allergies can be accommodated. For specific questions, reach out to events@focus.org.
SEEK26 programming begins around 6 p.m. on January 1, 2026. SEEK ends around noon on January 5, 2026. Attendees are recommended to arrive early enough to check in and get dinner before kickoff.
Yes — it will be available a few weeks prior via the conference app.

Yes — SEEK offers the “Making Missionary Disciples” track for post-college attendees such as priests and parishioners, designed to provide vision, training, and resources. All SEEK locations will have impact sessions relevant to all age groups and people at different point in their faith.
Yes — the “Campus Ministry Experience” is tailored for campus ministers and chaplains to engage them in dynamic and fruitful ministry. The Campus Ministry Experience will take place at all 3 locations.
During registration, you may request accommodations (disability assistance or visual/audio assistance). SEEK will follow up in December 2025 to confirm arrangements.
All speakers for SEEK26 have been selected. Interested in being considered for future conferences? Please apply here.

No — one-off group payments cannot be accommodated. Instead, up to 10 people can be added to a registrant’s registration for payment. If your parish is covering costs, group members should register individually and submit receipts for reimbursement.
Each person registers separately for an Event Pass. Group housing can be coordinated through the housing portal, which opened in fall 2025 and offers discounted rates.
No scholarships are available. We recommend fundraising to cover costs. However, students on FOCUS campuses, priests, religious, and seminarians receive an automatic discount off the general registration price.
Yes — fundraising is encouraged. Donations to help cover costs are non-refundable and make supporters partners in your mission.
You can log into your registration account with your confirmation code and email to adjust. For other issues, contact events@focus.org.
Cancellation Policy:
Donations: Donations made to FOCUS, a nonprofit organization, are tax deductible and never refundable. Any donations made to FOCUS to offset or cover the cost of your registration are non-refundable.
Deposits: Deposits for registrations are non-refundable.
Cancellation Process: To cancel your registration, please log in to your registration account and cancel your registration OR email events@focus.org. Apart from donations and deposits, further payments toward SEEK registration may be eligible for a refund. If you cancel your registration by December 1, 2025, you will be eligible for a refund of any payments made, less the $25 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel by December 15, 2025, FOCUS will retain $100 of the total ticket price or charge the card on file for the difference. If you cancel by December 31, 2025, FOCUS will retain 50% of the total ticket price or charge the card on file for the difference. If you cancel after SEEK begins, FOCUS will retain 100% of the total ticket price or charge the card on file for the difference. Note that cancelling after December 2, 2025 may result in a charge on the card on file. FOCUS assumes a registrant will attend SEEK unless they cancel their registration in accordance with this cancellation policy. Thus, FOCUS will charge a registrant’s card on file the full registration balance after December 15, 2025 unless FOCUS is informed of the registrant’s cancellation in accordance with this policy. Attendees who do not show up to the conference will be charged the full amount of their event pass, unless cancellation notice is received with the above process before the conference begins. Unfortunately, FOCUS will not be able to refund any of a registrant’s payments if they do not attend SEEK and did not notify FOCUS in accordance with this cancellation policy, as FOCUS will have used those payments to meet the costs of the event.
Full payment is due by December 15, 2025. FOCUS may charge the remaining balance starting December 16.
Yes — high school seniors may attend with a chaperone. Younger students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A parent or guardian must download and fill out the parental consent form found in registration and upload it before arrival.
Each person — including children — requires an Event Pass. You can add guests during registration.
Visit FOCUS’ News & Press Room page for media contact information.
Yes — FOCUS may charge remaining balance on your card after the final payment deadline (December 15), as per their cancellation & payment policy.
A confirmation email is sent automatically minutes after registration from events@focus.org. Check spam/junk folders. If not found, contact events@focus.org to resend.
Staff registration isn’t on the SEEK website. Check the Pilot or contact your SEEK liaison for details.
