Priscilla Garza is an international speaker, FOCUS missionary and host of the “Amar y Ser Amados” podcast. Priscilla has had the opportunity to speak at conferences in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, among other countries. As a sixth-year missionary with FOCUS – Fellowship of Catholic University Students, Priscilla, serves as team manager for FOCUS 153 and International Relations with Mexico. Through her work with FOCUS 153, she oversees different departments of FOCUS, as well as the weekly series “Amar y Ser Amados.” “Amar y Ser Amados” provides a platform to reach the Hispanic community through social media, where Priscilla talks about the Catholic faith and evangelization. She grew up in Monterrey, Mexico, where her family resides, and returned to the United States in 2012 to earn her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Baylor University. She spent her first two years as a FOCUS missionary serving, in her home state, at the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University; she then moved to Denver to begin her work as a Mission Specialist with FOCUS Missions and FOCUS 153 in 2018. Priscilla enjoys salsa dancing, eating tacos, and traveling in her spare time.
