Registration Payment & Cancellation Information

Registered before October 1?

We hope you will still be able to join us for SEEK21! Your SEEK21 registration will automatically be converted:

  • FOCUS Students: You will be registered for an event pass and assigned to your campus’ group. You will be contacted by your FOCUS team!
  • All Others: You will be registered as a SEEK21 host, but don’t worry, we will provide you exclusive leader training! Find additional details here.

Please contact us if you need to change your registration type or cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit — no questions asked. You are also invited to consider donating your deposit to support the mission of FOCUS.

Cancellation Policy

If you registered after October 1, and need to cancel your registration, the deposit is non-refundable. You can receive a refund of any further payments made toward registration costs through January 1. Between January 2 and January 29, 50% of the registration cost is non-refundable. From January 30 onwards, there will be no refunds given. Refunds will not be given based on non-participation or technical issues. We encourage you to check your internet capabilities prior to SEEK21.

We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for 50% of your registration cost if you cancel after January 1 and 100% of your registration cost if you cancel after January 29.

Final Payment Deadline

While there is no deadline to register groups or add a group member, full payment must be received by January 29, 2021; those who register after this date must pay in full. We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for the remaining balance on and after January 30, 2021.
